Axon IT & Web Maintenance Plans

Plan 1 - Ad-Hoc

$120 per hour

This is post-paid plan, all tasks done we accumulate and bill monthly on total hours support rendered.
All tasks are as per actual time taken, ie: 15mins.
Except on-site min 1hr with 20mins transport surcharge.
Detailed timesheet available online for all tasks done with actual time taken.

Plan 2 - Credit Maintenance

$100 per hour
(Pre-Paid Xhrs x S$100 per hour , minimum is 10 hours )

This is pre-paid plan, client to purchase required credit hours, minimum is 10 hours, valid for 1 year.
Balance credit hours at expiry, bring forward to next calendar year with minimum top-up of 10 hours.
All tasks are as per actual time taken, ie: 15mins.
Credit top-up required if credit falls below 2 hrs.
Except on-site min 1hr with 20mins transport surcharge.
Detailed timesheet available online for all tasks done with actual time taken.

Plan 3 - Monthly Retainer Bronze

$1,100 per month
( 10hrs per month + FREE 2 HRS ) ~ SGD 92 per hour

This is fixed monthly reatiner package applicable for preventive maintenace plan.
Highly recommended for any firms where downtime is costly or require immediate assistance.

$1,900 per month
( 20hrs per month + FREE 2 HOURS ) ~ SGD 86 per hour

$2,700 per month
( 30hrs per month + FREE 2 HOURS) ~ SGD 84 per hour

Maintenance Terms:

Each Site Visit Client to Sign off Axon On-Site Visit Timesheet
All re-work caused by Axon or tasks not able to accomplish, time taken will be waived off.
Credit Maintenance applicable to direct and associated firms only, not transferable to other firms/home visit.
Turnaround time for support tasks same or next working day/engineer availability . Retainer tasks carries top priority.

(4) Admin Fees of S$50 applies if we are required to purchase items on-behalf and bill client.
(5) Hardware/Network faulty items, respective vendor will invoice client directly for repair/replacement of parts.
(6) 50% Credit hours are refundable, request to be submitted 30 days in advance during credit validity period.
(7) Maintenance and Support will be void if credit is negative or maintenance period expired.

Surcharges:

Same Day / After office hours: 1.5x
Weekend: Surcharge 2.0x
Public Holiday: Surcharge 2.0x
